1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the kk999 Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Eligibility and Registration

Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk and in breach of these Terms.

3.3 Registration Information

Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts detected by kk999's monitoring systems will be closed without notice. Any Balance associated with a duplicate account — including both Real-Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at kk999's absolute discretion. If you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must contact kk999 support immediately to rectify the situation.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. kk999 will never solicit your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and kk999 shall bear no liability for any losses arising therefrom.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kk999 support immediately at [email protected]. kk999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported or detected security concern.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kk999 operates in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices and may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage of your relationship with the Platform. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and documentation relating to your chosen payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by kk999 may result in Account restriction or closure.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting kk999 support. Any Real-Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless already converted to Real-Money Funds through satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per account per day. Current limits are displayed in the kk999 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at kk999's discretion and in response to Account-level risk assessment.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit on the same Account. 5.5 Currency

All Transactions on kk999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kk999 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs arising from your use of international payment instruments are your sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by kk999 are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. Where a promotional offer is time-limited, it will expire automatically at the stated deadline. Promotional offers are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall take precedence with respect to game-specific matters. These Terms shall govern all account, payment, and platform-level matters.

7.2 Bet Cancellation and Void Bets

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Responsible Gaming

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
